Postiz LideroBR Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to use of the Postiz LideroBR workspace at postiz.liderobr.com and its social media publishing integrations. Postiz LideroBR is operated by LIDERO SERVICOS DIGITAIS LTDA in Brazil.

Service purpose

Postiz LideroBR is a client social media publishing workspace for planning, reviewing, scheduling, uploading, and publishing content through official platform integrations. The public website, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Data Deletion instructions, and support contact are available without signing in.

Authorized use

You may use this workspace only if you are authorized by LIDERO SERVICOS DIGITAIS LTDA, LideroBR, the workspace owner, or the client that owns the connected account. You are responsible for the accounts, pages, profiles, content, media, captions, and permissions you connect or manage.

Social platform rules

You must comply with all applicable Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and other platform terms, policies, community standards, music usage rules, branded content rules, and content disclosure requirements when using the integrations.

Content responsibility

You are responsible for drafts, scheduled posts, uploaded media, captions, hashtags, mentions, privacy settings, commercial content disclosures, and any published content. Do not upload or publish content that you do not have rights to use.

Account authorization

Only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. Do not use another person's credentials or grant permissions for an account without authorization. You may disconnect integrations or revoke platform access at any time.

TikTok publishing

When using TikTok through Postiz LideroBR, you must connect your own TikTok account or an account you are authorized to manage through TikTok Login Kit. Direct publishing and upload features use TikTok-approved scopes only after the user selects the connected account, reviews the content and posting settings, and takes an explicit upload, schedule, or publish action.

Prohibited conduct

Do not use Postiz LideroBR to impersonate another person, connect accounts without authorization, bypass platform permissions, publish illegal or infringing content, misrepresent commercial content, evade moderation, or automate activity in a way that violates the connected platform's rules.

Service availability

Publishing features depend on third-party platform APIs, review status, scopes, rate limits, account status, and platform policy enforcement. Some features may be limited, delayed, unavailable, or restricted to private visibility until the relevant platform approves production use.

Data and disconnection

Users can disconnect channels inside Postiz, revoke access from the connected social platform account settings, or request deletion using the Data Deletion page. The Privacy Policy explains what information is processed and how it is used.
