This Privacy Policy explains how Postiz LideroBR handles information when authorized users connect Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, or other social media accounts to the Postiz workspace at postiz.liderobr.com.

Postiz LideroBR is operated by LIDERO SERVICOS DIGITAIS LTDA in Brazil. Privacy, deletion, and support requests can be sent to admin [at] liderobr [dot] com.

Information we process

When you authorize a social media integration, Postiz may process account identifiers, profile names, page or professional account identifiers, permission grants, access tokens, refresh tokens, scheduled content, uploaded media, published content metadata, creator information, privacy options, content disclosure options, post status, comments, engagement data, and basic insights needed to provide the publishing and management features you choose to use.

TikTok information

For TikTok integrations, Postiz uses TikTok Login Kit and TikTok Content Posting API scopes approved for the app, including user.info.basic, video.upload, and video.publish where available. TikTok information is used to identify the connected account, display the account inside Postiz, upload media selected by the user, directly publish content after a user action, and show posting status.

How we use information

We use this information only to authenticate connected accounts, display available channels, prepare and schedule posts, upload or publish content you request, fetch publishing status, display basic account or content analytics where supported, troubleshoot the integration, prevent misuse, maintain auditability for workspace operations, and comply with platform requirements.

Sharing and storage

We do not sell connected-account data and do not use it for third-party advertising. Data is stored only in the production Postiz runtime and supporting infrastructure used to operate the workspace. We share data with the relevant social platform only when needed to complete actions you request, such as OAuth authorization, uploading media, publishing posts, or checking post status.

Retention and security

We retain connected-account and workflow data only as long as needed to provide the service, maintain operational records, comply with legal or platform obligations, or resolve support issues. Access is limited to authorized workspace operators and service infrastructure. Production secrets and tokens are kept in runtime configuration and are not stored in the public source repository.

Your choices

You can disconnect a social channel in Postiz or revoke app access from the relevant social platform account settings at any time. You can also request deletion using the Data Deletion instructions linked on this page.

Client-owned accounts

Postiz LideroBR is intended for accounts that the user owns or is authorized to manage. If you believe your account was connected without authorization, contact us so we can investigate and remove workspace access where appropriate.
