Postiz LideroBR Data Deletion Instructions

Postiz LideroBR is operated by LIDERO SERVICOS DIGITAIS LTDA in Brazil. You can delete data connected to Postiz LideroBR by disconnecting the channel in Postiz, revoking app access in the relevant social platform, or sending a deletion request.

Delete your data in Postiz

  1. Log in to Postiz at postiz.liderobr.com.
  2. Open the channel or integration settings.
  3. Disconnect the Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, or other social channel you no longer want to use.

Revoke platform access

You can also remove the app from your Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, or other social platform account settings. This prevents future API access by Postiz LideroBR.

Request deletion

To request deletion of connected-account data held in the Postiz LideroBR workspace, contact the LideroBR workspace administrator through your existing support channel or by email written as admin [at] liderobr [dot] com. Include the account or channel name you want removed, but do not send passwords, access tokens, or verification codes.

What deletion covers

Deletion requests cover connected channel records, stored access tokens, scheduled content, and related metadata held in the Postiz workspace, subject to legal, security, backup, and audit retention requirements.
